µTorrent
µTorrent only via VPN by using private Networks
Exec secpol.msc and set unknown networks to public.
Add RUles to Firewall, which would block everything for private Networks only. (but not public)
µTorrent only via VPN
Use WIndows 7 to connect to VPN. Then Windows will be able to block µTorrent for all connections except for remote connections (VPN.)
